A real clock
No.1
During mixing we still didn't have speakers and our headphones were bad. With a limited budget we were not quite sure what to get but then we found the legendary AR18s dirt cheap in Trondheim and we just had to get them. They became a total blessing.

It took two drum recording sessions to get the live drum part just right.

The winding up sound right before the “fly away” part is actually an old clock we recorded at a getaway place called "Lia Farm" in the eastern part of Norway.
